Happy Holidays!

A few announcements to my readers:

  • The blog is going to go on a wee holiday break, and will return on Monday, January 3, 2011. (You have no idea how happy I am that 2011 is in sight!)
  • In February, Jo VanEvery and I will be offering a class on choosing your career consciously, whether you want to stay in academia or find something else. We’ll be announcing more in early January — and you can sign up here to make sure you get the info!

Whatever your religious and cultural persuasion, have a lovely darkest-days-of-winter holiday (assuming the Northern Hemisphere!).

Myths and Mismatches eCourse

Jo VanEvery and I have put together a free eCourse on the most common myths and mismatches we see in people who are unhappy in academia.

It's one lens through which you can examine your own unhappiness and better diagnose the problem -- which makes finding a solution that much easier.
